Take notice that at your trial fixed for the fifth day of September 1934 the following further or additional evidence will be adduced against you:
Mary Pine will say :
"Before I went down to play in the playground I was
at home, playing at dressing up with two little girls.
Fay
Bromley was one. I took my dressing up shoes off and then
went down to the playground. I saw my mother go out and my
brother Michael, Tony Flood and Norman Stone follow her. I
went down after them almost at once by another way. I played
a little with Fay in the playground. I think the boys were
then playing at the seesaw. I saw Eric Davies there before
we went to the bringe. I don't think they played very long.
That was before they went to the bridge. Then I went to the
bridge. Fay went with me, and the boys Norman, Tony and
Michael. The Chinese man was there then. He was at the
bridge when we were in the playground.
The three boys were on the side we were thrown in on,
and Fay and I on the other side. That was just before we were
thrown in. ray and I might have been on the same side as the
boys at some time.
We were all looking at the water coming down.
There was more water than I had seen before.
I didn't see anybody throwing stones into the water.
Norman Stone was in the middle, between the other two
Muchael was nearer the College (on Norman's left) and
Tony nearest the playground (on Norman's right).
